Hey, maybe one of you might know...

Does the volume control on the machine, control the volume on regular wired headphones?

Thanks!

Thanks, but I can't run PDF stuff, with this device anyway..

Based on what it says in manual looks like Yes to your question.

It advises if headphones have vol adjustment,,to turn them to max volume, setting and then use detector vol adjustment for users vol level.

Thanks man..

Awesome, that's good to know, so any/all headphones you can Frankenstein up will have volume control via the machine..

It seems so.
Manual all says detector vol conrol is not a gain control,,but a limiter control.
Makes large signals softer.
Softer signals this detector vol adjustment seems doesn't affect.
Reading between the lines,,even if you turn to minimum setting, some items when swept would still give tone. (Albeit faint)

Interesting, I guess that's a good thing too.. You don't want to get blasted, but don't wanna miss any deep faint stuff either..
