Buying Minelab Explorer SE just for Sunray X1

Hello!

I'm looking to get a used e-trac very soon. I'd also like to get the Sunray X1 to go with it. I can't find a Sunray X1 by it's self but I have found someone selling a Minelab Explorer SE with one. Right now I'm planning on buying the set and then selling the detector by itself.

I was wondering what the value of the Minelab Explorer SE is so I don't overpay. I know the Sunray by it's self goes for ~$300 USD.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I've bought a few explorer se and se pros for $450,, lately I've seen them for about $550 to $600 but I really doubt those sellers will get that,,just a hundred bucks shy of what used Etrac are going for.

Awesome! Thanks for the quick reply. I might end up selling it to my grandfather if I can get it cheap enough for him. If not then I'll sell it for more.

I would not pay more than $550 for an SE and that would have to be a very clean one.
