Found this cool 😎 button at a 1774 property was wondering if anyone had any info on backmark. TFL.

Does the crown mean it was made in England? A nice find, with nice gilt on the back.
 
Your button was made in England. Those buttons were made between 1790 and about 1840. Treble Gilt was just a marking to indicate quality and does not tell us who the manufacturer was. Nice find and be sure to hit that site hard.
