1919 Buffalo Nickel Denver Mint

Okay. I was bored tonight and went through last years nickel and penny finds looking at dates and discovered I have a 1919 Buffalo Nickel with "D" mintmark. I scrubbed the date lightly with an SOS pad to see it clearly. Now I know what I have, what should I do? Is it really worth anything in this condition?

According to this site http://cointrackers.com/coins/1008/1919-d-buffalo-nickel/ it is worth at least $17.

that's $17 for a worn circulated coin ... I'd say that one is worse than that. but still a great find.
