I found a 1936 buffalo nickel today. What do I do to remove the green fake patina or corrosion or whatever? I need to remove it to get a better view of the buffalo to see if it is worth money. thanks P.S. I used a shot of the other side because it was the best pic I got.

It,s not really worth anything. Frame it in a flip and remember as your "first good find."

it has a d for the mint mark. I wanted to see the buffalo to see if it was one of the ones with 3 legs.
