What is this copper bowl?

I found this along a creek which was next to what was a trolley line from 1890 to 1940. There was a bar/lounge 200 yards away that operated from the 1900s to 1960s.

At first I thought it was a small soup bowl but as I was cleaning it I noticed 3 marks on the bottom and then 3 holes on the lip. I don't see any markers mark stamped on the bottom. It is 2 1/4 inches tall and about 3 1/2 inches wide measuring the lip

Ok, so the verdict is that it is either a flower pot or a chamber pot :laughing: At least I know it is nothing special. Into the scrap bucket it goes.
