Trying to hit a few new Fields before the farmers get to planting. First field I came across aluminum token/tag with the Great Seal of Ohio on it and the phrase tested and sealed around the edge. On the back is the county that issued it in a three digit number. I also came across some wheat pennies.
A little while later I came across what I thought was a large cent. Turn out to be a 1837 halfpenny from La Banque du Peuple Canada. Pretty cool. The next day I was out which is today. My trip took me to China. I found a Chinese coin and posted it on ID my fines where ToySoldier did a great job identifying it. I would encourage everybody to check out his historical information. https://metaldetectingforum.com/showthread.php?t=272997
From the Chinese coin we make it back to the United States where I found a Mercury dime and a Barber dime. Happy happy happy.

Those finds are just totally out of this world fantastic. Big Congrats! You have me wanting to do some field detecting. Thanks for sharing!

Nice variety! It's so odd where foreign coins end up. In most cases we have parents to thank for giving foreign coins to kids, and kids to thank for losing them!

That's a fantastic variety of finds, Dan! And great ID info from TS! Love those old, foreign coins!

Dan, great hunt with some international flavor. Congrats on the silver and just a great variety of finds. HH Mark
