what cuts???

no cuts here... about 5 feet too much sand in the flat and close to 20 ft of sand piled up slopes ..see those concrete blocks in the photos you can walk under them when sands out and not be able to reach them with your hands over head. we get drastic sand movement on this beach.you can find 12-15 staight cuts after a good storm.

Still worth scanning though, Storm moved the sand in and anything that was with it, including rocks, shells, coins, glass, and jewelry. It just has to be at the right depth in the sand for you to find it. It would'nt be the first time good stuff came from under to the top. It's been a long time since I was at that beach, is the air finally colder then the water? :D......Gil inFl.

We have been hitting it regularly slim finds!

this sand was not pushed in by a storm..the late spring tides start pushing sand in and it builds in to the summer and stays there till we get a good storm to pull it out...these piles have not really changed since summer....and have been picked over by many hunters...we need a strong north easter
