Large version.....sorry.
What to look for is the bottom leg of the seven to be even or a little above the bottom of the zero.
Also, the inner loop of the "9" will point to the center of the "7". All large dates point to the bottom of the "7".
Try rotating the cent and watch the inner loop.
These are hard to figure out until you have one in your hand and compare the two. Then it's like night and day the difference.
Then you will see that the small date....the 7 is smaller....and the 0 is different. But you need both to see.
