Casual find in the woods

I found this old bottle among the roots of a tree. I made a research
in internet and found a similar bottle was sold for 20 euros . They say
it is from the 1930's :yes:

Very nice bottle - I guess they didn't have crown caps over there yet, or maybe they liked the old way.

They had a porcelain top.

the Germans have kipped the swing top for ever . they do have crowns but also use the other. the bottle is a ww2 vintage.

Dortmunder beer or ale. Not much of any value except as a curiosity. Looks like a nasty probe ding there in the neck.
