Is this a ring?

Not silver or gold obviously, but seems like a small ladies ring. Was found 8" deep in a very old public park. There is a seam in it visible in the pics. Rings up 50, 51 on the Fisher F75 Ltd. Any help would be appreciated.

I guess it could be part of something else but I don't know what. It does have a big casting seam on the inside but i have seen that on some cheap rings. I can't tell from the pictures but maybe it is bronze or copper. There are probably others here that know more than me.
 
Maybe something like this antique drapery rings or light string pull. Just a thought!

It may be part of a pin-on piece of jewelry to hold a stone or porcelain insert.
 
I took a closer look and there is a nick in it where a very small piece broken off. I think it may mave been some kind of pull.

Not a ring not a pull. I have found a few underwater. I think they are metal tires to toys. I found them once a long time ago but I just don't remember where. I have a few of them in a container also somewhere. All the same size.
 
I think it's a ring for the end of a light switch chain.
Could have been for a table lamp, floor lamp or a ceiling fixture.
Not a match, but you get the idea....
