Check out this Art Deco style diamond ring, it is not hallmarked, but the gold is even more yellow than the 22k band I found the other day so I think it is pure. I am going to have to acid test it when I get back to South Africa. The diamond looks pretty fine quality too. It is too big for me - must have been a large woman wearing this, or a dude with a giant pinky.
My first sea cucumber!!!! Heard a target in the headphones, scoped it out, and was surprised to find this sea cucumber in my scoop! Those white stringy things are his defense mechanism aparently. They discharge these stringy sticky filaments from a hole in their body to ensnare their prey. I named him Peter Parker and then released him on the sea bed to pursue his life of fighting sea cucumber crime by trapping villainous cukes in his web.
