This is a photo of my father and grandparents which was taken in 1916. My father is the infant sitting on my grandfather's lap. The lady in the left of the front row is my grandmother Mary, and the other lady in the front row is her sister Katy. The two people in the back row are my grandmother's other sister and brother but I don't know their names. These people all emigrated to America from Poland around 1910 and settled in Brooklyn, N.Y. My grandfather Walentin, was killed in an automobile accident in 1923 and after his death my grandmother moved to Connecticut and remarried.
