Hello.
I've been detecting for three years. I started off with a Bounty Hunter Tracker IV, moved on to the Fisher F2, and am now swinging the White's TreasurePro. I mostly detect on beaches but have added fields, parks, and playgrounds to my hunting grounds. Once I retire, I'll move to Florida and enjoy swinging on those vast beaches.

Doesn't Kapidr hunt down there???/ She takes all the gold.....

Welcome, and congrats on soon to be retired!

Some information about being retired. First thing you will notice is that you are so busy you wonder how you ever had time to work.

The best thing is that your week will consist of six Saturdays and One Sunday.

Life is Good. Getting old Sux but it beats the alternative of dying young.

Vast EMPTY beaches to be more accurate. Even though I've found 4 rings ( 2 gold, 1 silver and 1 bling) in the last 2 weeks, our beaches are mostly devoid of targets. A lack of heavy storms coming ashore has most goodies buried DEEP so we depend on recent drops.

So be forewarned.

But come in down anyway. There's good money to be made selling pulltabs at the recycling centers.
