Nevermind. I just heard back from the guy who runs a website on these things.
"It dates to a time after the Portsmouth Great Falls & Conway Railroad was taken over by the Eastern Railroad.
It also dates to a a time before the Eastern was taken over by the Boston & Maine.
1870-1885.
With a little pitting/age, it hurts the value some but I think it is still worth $35-$70.
