Got out to my Sunday afternoon honey hole after lunch today. Signals are few and far between now. A wheat to the site is a success now. It was windy and in the low 40s.

In 3 hours I got 4 clad Quarters, 5 clad dimes, 4 clad Nickels and 5 memorials.

I also picked up a deep War Nickel I’ve probably skipped a dozen times, 43P. Silver 69 FTY.

Got a couple wheats and a very heavy junk ring. Not a lot for 3 hours of swinging, but I’ll take it.

Just 3 silvers short of my goal for the year. I need one good permission tomorrow!

Thanks CW. I run 12khz. It was an iffy signal hitting as high as 66, but locked in on 62/63 from a couple directions which is normal Nickel #s for me.

Congrats on the war nickel! Always fun to find, HH!

Thanks cd. I love finding War Nickels.

Congrats on the Wheaties and War Nickel! :woot: Hope you can get in a few more Silvers this year. :mder:

Thanks WD. I only have a couple hunts left so it's not looking good. Going to have to skip some digging because I ran out of venison and need to get in the woods and get it done.

Congrats on the war nickel and good luck hitting your goal.

Thanks Jam.
