Photographing All My Rings, Making Jerky While It Snowed!

Snowed last evening. I got out my macro lens, put it on my Nikon 3400 and tried various shots of my rings. All the while, I had marinated some slices, grass fed beef and hung them in my smoker for some great tasting beef jerky.



Here are all the rings found this year with my AT MAX, AT Pro and APEX.

Below are the several rings found with my APEX.

What's your favorite recipe?
I make a marinade based on teriyaki sauce, red pepper seed, garlic/onion salt, brown sugar, and whatever else I might think of, different concoctions...soaked for 30-40 hours refrigerated. Strain off the moisture then smoked for 6-10 hours or so. I really prefer a lean beef over venison.

The photo is raw venison ready for smoking.

Yeah , you got a couple nice gold rings. Whatever !🤣 I'm really liking your smoke jerk operation going on there....
