Really? 3:30 AM? How can that be? I realize it includes guests and its mid to late morning in Europe, but normally I never see even close to that.
Most users ever online was 7,317, 01-17-16 at 03:30 AM?

What time reference are you going by.
This forum goes by utc time I think plus or minus so many hours.
For example,,,this post I'm posting here,,,it is currently 10:52 pm CST.
Watch what time is reflected showing time posted.

No, they can set the forum to maintain the quantity over a long period of time. That total is usually not very accurate.
