Went to a new spot that I've never hunted before. I didn't find much but didn't get skunked on CW relics. I was in a little creek water hunting with beast digs. The area has some potential. HH TIM

Nice digs. I'll take those any day. Keep pounding away at it, you already know there's relics there. :thumbsup:
 
When I was a kid 10 years of age I purchased a purchased a civil war primer cap pouch. I believe that little brass nob is off of just such a pouch. It secured the leather flap to the bottom of the pouch thus securing the primer caps and keeping them safe from the elements.
