Gotta love crazy people. I assume being a festival it was probably on public property or fair grounds since they don't usually expropriate private land for festivals lol.
Still......check into it and if it is I'd go back. When she appears tell her to stop rubbing the grass with her feet, it's not allowed.

Until we know if it is private or public property we shouldn't jump to conclusions. I know all places are different but here where I am from there are not many public property's that are completely fenced in like the OP mentioned here, which led me to believe it was likely private property.

This is the exact same thing that happened to me and my nephew. Huge ruts from carnival vehicles and the ground just a war zone but yet no detecting.If people were any smarter mensa would not be such an exclusive club.I dont know what this new show on tv is going to do for all of us either.
