In the older Redbook I have it has something about a 1971 nickel with no D
Snd it is in a different listing as just a plain no mint mark 1971. Don't quite understand what they are meaning
Never heard of the D missing in the 71 Nickels, but there were some with an S missing out of the 71 Proof Sets...Those Nickels that are missing the S in the Proof Sets go for about $1,000 dollars
I'll have to take a picture of the books I have and post them. I'm just not sure what they mean
I have a 2011 book and a w016 and both say the same thing
