Good ol golden state,Formerly Colorado,New Mexico,
I literally couldnt beleive it when this thing came out of the scoop, i had gotten a hit that sounded like a faint bottlecap and probably 6-8 inches down during a extremely low tide i pulled this out. I found this at about 6:30pm today.

Awesome coin man!!

Big congrats!

<*)))>{

yeah, i was amazed i dint start doing cartwheels and stuff on the beach, which wouldnt have mattered as their was only 4 people on the beach. ive been sold on beach hunting for about 3 months now and hadnt gotten any silver or rings yet and this was better in my mind than some ring, especially considering that in 1910 very few of these were made.

nope, i pulled it out of the sand, cause of the composition of the sand none of it stuck to it at all and i just dipped it in the ocean and that made sure of it being clean.

Nice man, some places can really play hell on silvers...

Excellent find - congrats !

Thanks. I hit nothing else I was just going along and heard a faint bottle cap type of tone, yes you can tell bottle caps and coins apart on a seahunter. I literally took 3 big scoops and got it, was shaking the sand through bottom of scoop and saw silvery glint and I thought it was a barber quarter at first. I will most certainly be going back even if I have to swim to the spot. Lol.

WOW!! Sweet coin! You said "low tide", so I guess it was out in the wet/hard pack. This beach near SLO Town somewhere?? ;):D Sure came out in great condition!
