Default Need Help With A Few Things Please

All of these finds have stumped me except for the toe tap. Any help on the others would be appreciated. Thanks!

Pics #3 and 8 look like fired bullets to me.
Could pic #2 be a lead wheel weight?

#6 and 7 is from Burroughs Wellcome & Co., who made medicinal stuff. It looks like the top of a tube, like ointment cream, etc... but could be a bottle top?

#4 looks like a Civil War era brass shoe toe plate. This link has pictures of similar ones.
