Hello folks! I have messed around with a junky Techna TR-7 for the past few years (about 1 inch maximum depth, no joke). That hardly counts as MD experience. Anyhow, I finally ordered a Tesoro Silver uMax and figured it was time to stop lurking and make an account.

I live an hour east of Los Angeles and have NEVER seen anyone use a metal detector around here. More goodies for me, yay!
