Google Earth Leads Man to 'Buried Treasure'

Using Google Earth, a Los Angeles-based musician named Nathan Smith thinks he's found a lost treasure ship that sank somewhere north of Corpus Christi during a hurricane in 1822.

That story makes no sense at all. Its probably the media distorting the truth again to suite theyre opinion. Why would a judge get involved? If its public property why ask? If its private property ask the owners - Yes, dig, No forget about it, its that simple.

In any case ... he should have kept his mouth shut about it. Now that the government is involved, who do you think will get any treasure that's found ... not him.
