Ive tried researching the pipe more. It has RAOB on it. The only thing I can come up with is the Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes. I have found some reproductions online of the same one that are typically used by reinactors of the Civil War.

Your sooooooooooo lucky. there is NO civil war sites in my area down here at the shore.. BUT theres tons of revolutionary war sites... I get so dang excited when I find something from the rev. war my hands shake when holding it... its just the fact to have in your hand something that old.. so far I have found a rossett ( spelled wrong) from the rev. war and one from the civil war ( must of lost it after the war or came home during and lost it) and a civil war button that I have no clue where I found it..
