Went back to my spot today for a while. Got some interesting things. Got some iron, including some old iron pipes, another ax head (3rd one for this yard). Another first for me from this place is the 1/2 of a horse bit. A small flat button and then bullets number 79 and 80 from this place. I am still trying to identify the bullet in the last picture. It looks like some 36 cal I have seen but it measures .554 in diameter. Any ideas?

Nice ! I like the lead and the O ring snaffle bit piece. ..the axe too.
I used to own some horses and have spent a good amount of time on the back of a horse, so the bit was a real neat find for me.

I really like the horse bit. That bullet looks like a stretched out .36 cal St. Louis arsenal. Never seen that one before. Hope you can get an ID
