I found this button and tried to find out what age and other information on it. I found other buttons that are close to this one. Still not the same.

Looks like a Civil War Federal General Service Button.

Any backmarks?

Yes, it's a General Service eagle button. But based on the raised shield I'm thinking post war. Can we see a picture of the back?

It's one of the "Turkey Wing" post-CW Eagle General Service buttons.

Back pic

I cant see any markings. Its a little bent but all there. I found it beside a 1892 2inch medicine bottle and 5 foot from it was a 1908 Barber silver dime.
