1907 Barber

Finally something worthwhile I found! I know it's not the oldest or most impressive as seen on the boards, but it's my first Barber. Felt great!
About 6" down. Digging it out gave it that nice scratch in it sadly.

My first Barber Quarter is also a 1907 with a big scratch across the face. I think they came like that from the mint :lol:

Nice Barber - congrats !

As long as it's not a Key Date coin - some times you can "blend" a scratch in on a silver coin - by rubbing it with very fine steel wool.
