Eagle Pendant - Military or Not?

Can not find a match for this online. Is it Military? The Eagle itself has some kind of small green stones in it. Any help would be welcome.

Native design, with that said, it's a Thunderbird, not an eagle...

It appears the small green stones are turquoise.

Eagle could be silver. It is a common SW combination.
