Another nice day here in Southern Illinois so after work I decided to head out again for a little while. I went back to the same place I went yesterday(http://metaldetectingforum.com/showthread.php?t=82360) I took my new Garretts Ace 250. My first target was a 1957P Roosevelt Dime.
I was pretty satisfied with this, but since it was my first target I decided to keep at it a little longer. Picked up a couple of kids play rings and a couple of pennies. Then got another good signal and out poped a 1941P Mercury Dime same as yesterday. These made my 24 & 25 silvers for the year. I was happy and with only about 45 minutes invested I decided to call it a day. I will say that I am starting to like this Ace 250 and with only $100.00 invested it's already one tenth of they way to paying for itself in three days.
