Old Gold cufflink

Just dug what is likely my oldest gold. Beautiful little cufflink that I would guess dates to the early 19th century possibly a little older. If any cufflink experts want to chime in then thanks. Rang up a 9 on the Nox just like the little bits of canslaw I was finding in this colonial farm field

Awesome find! Definitely looks solid, I dont see any plating wearing off anywhere...wish I knew more on the subject, congrats on the really old gold!

Thanks. Its definitely high karat but I wish I could get a better idea of age. Its construction is like no other I can find online
 
Thanks for all the comments. Havent found much since this hunt but if this is the last piece of gold/silver I find for awhile then Im good with that. Love this piece
