When the low tides are 0.2 m to 0.3 m as they have been over the past few days I'm able to reach an area of black hard mud that is covered with about 4 to 6 inches of sand.

I've had good targets here in the past .. they don't sink very far either.
Over three days I scored 10 rings, 4 junk, 4 x 925 and two wedding bands ,18ct (2.1 grams) 9ct (4.6 grams) a 9ct parrot clasp & a broken silver chain plus a silver ear ring & $26.70.

I have just recently added an Ultimate 13" Detech coil to one of my Sovereign GT's and must say I'm very impressed with the extra depth it gives me.

Love these low tides,

Meggie ...

Nice variety of rings! I'm impressed you got something as small as just the clasp.

Great hunting. I need to find this clay, never seen it on my beach.

Nice to find a honey hole!

Isn't it winter there ;)

Yes it is winter here & it has been a very mild one too this year.
It is not often I can get to this spot, only at the very low tides .. so this super moon helped me out this time.
I believe the next super moon is on September 9th .. I'll be there.
