If you look on Google Earth (With the parks layer turned on) you will find Birge Park. It sits between Birge st. and the railroad tracks west of hwy 75.
It's now private property I think, you can check city records and find out. I lived in Sherman tell 10/09 and found a lot of places to hunt but my health said no. So if anyone is interested, just say the word and I will post them here. This is for all to see not just one person.
I now live in Arizona and doing good. I go out nugget hunting now.
