So I live in southern IL(Salem to be exact) and have noticed most if not all of the IL MDers here are up are Chicago, Mike1961 told me there might be a club in Harrishburg so I started looking and came across the Tri-State Metal Detecting Club located in Mt. Vernon, which is just 30 minutes away! Planning on going to the next meeting which is the 8th of next month, should be interesting to meet other MDers in the area and being 19 I'll probably be the youngest MDer there XD haven't noticed anyone around my age into the hobby lol.
