Looks a bit like "GCS." to me. Did you take a good look at the back or sides to see if there are any makers marks?

yeah i just checked the back and sides with a jewelers loop, didnt see anything at all, i think its silver, if you see in the front middle i accidentally scratched it with my tool and inside is shiny, i toke it to an old freind that was s jeweler and the first time he saw it, he siad it was silver then a while later i toke it back and he said it wasnt lol.. so idk.

I have a hunch that it is silver (sterling.) If it is non magnetic, that only leaves a couple heavier metals and it isn't copper or brass. Sterling was often used for buckles. There is plenty of places that it could have been stamped that are now destroyed or illegible.

i agree i think its sterling silver, i tried to clean it with some brasso and silver cleaner and some of the back came out, feels soft like silver does. and it didnt attract to a magnet

That is an absolutely INCREDIBLE belt buckle find. Sure looks silver to me. I found a silver belt buckle in similar condition that was at a site where a barn had burned...

got some bad news, i toke this piece to a jeweler today and they acid tested and she said it wasnt silver but aluminum.. also i cleaned that first letter up some more, defiently make some more of it out
