etrac parts needed sponsor help?

I need a new arm strap for my etrac and also one of the pressure locks for the shaft is shot. Can any sponsor help or point me in right direction? Strap doesn't have to be genuine etrac just needs to fit it. If you can please pm.

Don....go to eBay and there’s a listing for “Doc’s Padded Arm Cuff Cover with Strap” at less than 20$. Very nice!
Then....go to www.stevesdetectorrods.com and ask Steve if he has what you need for the cam lock. He has very nice stuff as well.
If Steve hasn’t got the part, or a complete replacement rod, the cam locks can be shimmed with a very thin piece of plastic such as the thickness of a milk jug. Just have a good look at it to see how it works.

IDXMonster's suggestion re: shim will work. I've used a short strip of 'duct tape' on the shaft and the adhesive helps keep it in place. Will likely have to replace over time/use, but it does work. HH

Thanks to all. The shim seems to work. I put a spare under the battery cap of my pin pointer.
