Default Any idea what this lead could be or how old

It's certainly deliberate whatever it is. Look like teeth marks from pliers but not sure. Doubt it's war related but maybe colonial period?

An interesting piece , not sure but could be a period or earlier sinker for fishing.

Looks a lot like the tab off a lead acid battery. Simply because it was found in association with obviously older pieces doesn't necessarily make it AS old. I'm suspicious of the pliers mark, not sure they had that tooth pattern that long ago. Looks like a more modern pliers impression.
