Canadian coins

Hi

Over the years I have come across a few canadian coins and I think they are silver, but I am not 100% sure. I have a 1998 & 2002 dimes, 2002 nickel and a 1992 quarter. Can anyone tell me if these are silver or at least contain it?

doubt it

i would be confident in saying they are not silver canadian coins are minted diffrent than usa coins they have a proof like look to them in other words a highly polished look.i have found canadian silver but i believe they stopped useing silver in the early 60's the same time the usa stopped or somewhere in that time period.But when in doubt look em up on the net check good ol google. :cool:
