Looks like we did a terrible job of cleaning out this place in the 80's and 90's,
Hadn't been there in years and since I only had 1 hour to hunt, I decided to stay close to home. Now this place is very small it's kinda like a nature walk next to the big park, i'd say about 5 or 6 acres, so I started the hunt and immediately found that this place has turned into a bottle cap disposal area, tons of them amigo. But finally first good signal 80,81 a 1919 wheat. 3 minutes later a 1926 Merc, then more trash, another 5 minutes and a 1908 IH in great condition, I get a big high beep and out came a fully intact "Ball" mason jar lid, I'm running out of time now, one more hole and out pops a 1917 wheat, ooh and then there's a junk plated ring. quick hunt on a supposedly hunted out park?!? No way, it's been proven time and time again.
