It was a hot and humid day today in upstate NY, but I was able to get out for a few hours detecting with my two sons in a partially shaded park. Things were going rather slow, I was attempting to dig a high tone with my small hand digger, but failed due to some roots. I decided to dig a nickel signal about a foot away and to my surprise I see gold in the hole. A nice 14K rose gold flower and leaf pattern ring. It's weight is 4 grams. My first gold ring this year and I have dug a lot of nickel signals. My sons got a bunch of wheat cents and a war nickel. Over all a great day and we didn't get over heated.

WTG on the Gold, I love that tone, as a mater a fact, I'd like the make a ring tone on my phone with that tone. I'd be calling myself all the time. Lol congrats
