The sheild I found in my backyard (1929) not to far off the porch.
The other item I found by the river front.
I should have remembered the VDI number for both items. Maybe get a number later.

First one is a shoe button cover sorta like this one, time period is about right I'd say

Wow spot on!
Don't know how you found that! A friend thought it was a button cover, but we couldn't find anything like it.
Not sure if it's from the 30's , the house was 1929
