After looking at my finds' pictures people keep asking me what kind of digging tool I'm using. I keep having to look through all my pictures on photobucket to find the ones that I posted below. I thought it would be easier to post a 'how to' and be able to link it in the future.

I buy a 18 inch x 2 inch Wilcox Hand Trowel and use J-B Weld to hold the PC pipe in place. The fit of the 1/2 inch is tight and I had to do some drilling to get it to fit. Later on I found that they make tan colored 3/4 inch pipe that is just a hair bigger and it doesn't need any drilling to make it fit, but you have to use more J-B Weld to get a tight fit.

Make sure that the handle goes in and hits a least halfway trough the cross pipe and hit its top to make it really sturdy.

Nice! I did the exact same thing with my Lesche! Makes cutting plugs easier by giving a solid surface to push down. I did have to grind out a little of the fitting to make it go in.

I did the same thing and I also have one with a aluminum t-handle made by Buzz Wilson. It really takes the strain off your wrist and gives you a lot of pushing power with little effort.

I could 't hunt without my Buzz T-Handle lesche either.

Nice design with the PVC, BH.
