Found these today by my house:
The tow rope is from a T-34 and the bullet is from a .30cal in a Soviet M3 Lee tank from the Lake City Ammunition Plant. These were found a few metres from each other.
I'll post some more info of the Soviet army in my area later because I have to go.

m3 Lee was kinda a !!!!!! tank design but that why the US gave it away in lend lease haha.
