I found this three feet down in an excavation site. I've determined the bottle is hand blown and made by Edward Everett Co. Between 1885-1904. I cannot find the exact logo that's on it. Anyone recognize this?

Just a hunch but from the U and the Eagle I would guess Union? I don't know, just something that popped into my head. Union beer or whiskey?

is there a city name on it?
No city name, just says registered trademark. It was found south of Detroit, Mi. I don't collect bottles but would you guys think beer for sure or could it be liqueur?
