I took my Vanquish 540 with me to St. Augustine this weekend. Found a few dollars worth of clad, and this button. I did some research when I got home, and if it is real it could be from the 60th Regiment of Foot. Anyone have an idea on how I can verify if it is real?

Looks age appropriate to me. I also found a website that talks about the 60th and has the same floral 60th button in a picture saying it was found in St. Augustine as well. I'd say congrats!

Not really.
If I find anything I'm not sure of my starting point is Google and then I take it from there.
