What Small coil should I get to use on my Safari for coin hunting?

I am not familiar with that machine, but I can tell you some things about coils.
If you are hunting deep coins in parks, you will want a large coil, I use the 17" on my 3030.
If you are hunting trashy tearouts and such, you will want a small coil, I use the 5x8 on my AT PRO.

I Like Matmit, haven't used the Safari, but would think if you stick with Detech, Coiltek & Nel you would be safe. It seems everyone that uses them has good reviews of each brand. The issue is not many have multiple brands in similar sizes to use on the same machine.
I have a 4x6 Shooter for my V, a 5x8 Garrett for my ATPRO and a 6x8 SEF for my Etrac, all work as they should, just feel like I'm going nowhere fast with the 4x6. In my opinion I would strongly recommend a DD With any of the fore mentioned brands.

Your Safari uses any of the coils an etrac or explorer would so you have many to choose from. MY personal favorite is the Sunray X-8. Matmits general advice has rung true for me as well....
