I recently ordered a couple of items from Big Boys Hobbies and I ran into a little situation that Bart quickly resolved. To my surprise, Bart indicated that he would give me a store credit for my troubles. Great customer service such as this seems to be a thing of the past, but not at Big Boys Hobbies.
