Worn out /beaten up coins

It is hard to imagine how many times these coins were
stepped upon by human feet along all these years.
They were found at a path crossing in the woods.

It' difficult to ID them. In german they say "Münzleiche" ,
which means something like "coin corpse" :D
As far as I can say,they are from the 1920s ..
 
I have a friend that buys old roman coins that look in that kind of shape but I used some Adres Pencils on them and was able to see detail on them no problem. I'd assume you could get some detail off them since his were so much older.

Thanks for the tip. These coins were found almost on surface
in very hard soil.Which made possible this damage
