Anyone tried one of these sand scoops?

I was thinking of ordering,Just wondered if anyone got one and how they liked it.
Its half the price or other that cost $50-$100,So just wondering how it is,sometimes you get what you pay for,,and some times it will do the job just fine,Anyone have any input on this?
